DECREE OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLC OF AZERBAIJAN

on approval of the ‘List of information systems to be integrated to the state registry for encumbrance of movable property to enter notices on state and municipal encumbrance to the registry’

In order to ensure implementation of Item 3.4 of Decree No.1901 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on approval of the ‘Regulations on maintaining a state registry for encumbrance of movable property’ and the ‘Amount of the fee for use of the state registry for encumbrance of movable property’ dated 29 March 2018 the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. To approve the ‘List of information systems to be integrated to the state registry for encumbrance of movable property to enter notices on state and municipal encumbrance to the registry’ (attached).
2. The State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with Decree No. 263 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 12 September 2018 ‘on approval of the ‘Regulations on formation, maintenance, integration and archiving of state information resources and systems’ and some measures related to e-government’ to ensure that the information system of the state registry for encumbrance of movable property is integrated to the information systems and resources provided for in the List approved by Part 1 of this Decree through the Electronic Government Information System.
