Central Bank revoked electronic money institution licenses of Azwallet LLC, Greentek Group LLC, and Guavapay LLC
14 May 2026, Baku: In accordance with Article 54.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Payment Services and Payment Systems," the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revoked the licenses granting Azwallet Limited Liability Company (License No. EPT-019, dated April 9, 2025), Greentek Group Limited Liability Company (License No. EPT-013, dated September 18, 2024), and Guavapay Limited Liability Company (License No. EPT-018, dated April 9, 2025) the right to carry out electronic money organization activities, based on Protocol No. 22 of the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated May 13, 2026.
